What IS a Candle Coach? Well, that's what I call myself... I've been in the candle industry since 2004 and I offer skills and insight for the candle industry as a whole.

Team Beginnings

Back in 2004 a couple of people unexpectely joined my team. I was not marketing the business so it was quite a surprise. I thought 'This is awesome! Ack! Now what?' I had no clue where to begin or how to help those people with their candle businesses. The following month I got a check in the mail. Huh?

My 'Ah ha' Moment

All of a sudden all my years dabbling in Network Marketing made sense, a TEAM! That is the key to a residual income. I bring people into the company who have the same goals as me, and I help them reach their goals, and then I get rewarded by earning a residual income from helping them as well as their efforts. I realized if I helped people succeed, it helped me succeed too. Finally the light bulb went off!

Residual Income

I ran my candle business very part time, just about 5 to 10 hours per week. I wanted to build a team and at first my goal was to get enough residual income to pay for my monthly sales requirement. So I did the math and mapped out what I needed to reach that goal.

Leadership

Leadership is setting an example and paving a path to help others on your team to grow and glow. I've stepped up to the plate to help my team members succeed. It takes 2 to be a leader. Myself, and a team member who is ready and willing to accept the adventure of becoming successful!
